 As a vital contributor to the organization, the Project Manager is central to new resort projects, overseeing constructions, takeovers, and resort openings. Serving as the lead trainer for ROM, this role influences the design and architectural plans of new resorts, emphasizing operational efficiency and brand standards.

The Project Manager actively shapes new attributes and brand creations based on extensive experience. Additionally, HE/SHE supports the VP Openings, Renovations & Transitions in daily tasks, including crafting presentation decks, meeting minutes, and weekly internal communication documents for the Group President. 

In summary, the Project Manager drives project excellence, contributing to organizational growth through effective management and strategic input.

• Resort Operations Expertise (5+ years)
• Accumulated over 5 years of extensive experience in resort operations, contributing to a deep understanding of industry intricacies.
• Holistic Operational Background
• Possesses a comprehensive background in diverse resort operations, specializing in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Fundamental Design and Architecture Knowledge
• Holds a foundational understanding of design and architecture principles, facilitating effective collaboration with design teams during project development.
• Resort Pre-opening and Opening Mastery
• Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing and executing resort pre-opening and opening activities, ensuring a smooth transition from development to operational phases.
• Management Level Proficiency
• Aiming to leverage leadership skills, seeking opportunities to apply management-level experience for strategic decision-making and team guidance.
• Strategic Planning and Performance Metrics
• Proven experience in strategic planning, utilizing performance metrics to evaluate, enhance, and optimize resort operations.
• Process Improvement Expert
• Track record of driving improvement initiatives, innovating new processes, and eliminating waste to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Innovative Approach to Process Enhancement
• Experience in fostering innovation by introducing novel processes, methodologies, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve operational workflows.5+ years in Resort operation experience.
