As a quality manager, you'll coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standards set for the Resorts. You'll ensure that this quality is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements according to the Resorts Standards and Procedures.

  • Administration Degree
  • Knowledge in process and certification of Cristal
  • Knowledge in  standards and quality of service.
  • Orientation in guest satisfaction
  • Experience in certification of Cristal
  • Experience in AAA Standards. 
  • Knowledge in Implementation of Hygiene programs
