Gerente General

As a General Manager, You will be in charge to manage and direct the operation of the Hotel adhering to the philosophy, policies, procedures, and quality standards of Hyatt inclusive Collection to obtain the maximum return on the investment for theResort. Satisfy the expectations of guests, employees, and owners, as well as those of the mangement company.

Previous Experience:

    Previous hotel experience as General Manager and Hotel Openings in the Caribbean
    Curation experience
    Demonstrate creativity and sophistication to elevate the guest experience.
    Profit Generator
    Experience as General Manager or Director of Operations within a similar quality hotel.
    Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
    Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability.
    Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
    Excellent leadership skills
    Exceptional communication skills
    In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector

Qualifications:

    Hotel Management Diploma
    Fluent in Spanish and English
    Availability to live in the Hotel.
    As secrets is a Adults Only property, the candidate can´t live with children under 18 at the property.
