The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations in the resort. This role includes menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high culinary standards. The Executive Chef manages kitchen staff, ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintains inventory control. Also collaborate with management to design and implement special events and promotions. Strong leadership, creativity, and culinary expertise are essential for success in this role.
