As a Restaurant Supervisor at Secrets Papagayo Resort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining establishments. You will oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, providing leadership to our team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering unparalleled culinary experiences to our guests.

Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas

  1. - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  2. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
  4. - Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with menu items and wine pairings.
  5. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  6. - Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. - Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
