Public Areas Manager

As Public Areas Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance of all public spaces throughout the resort, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lounges, and pool areas. You will lead and inspire a team to ensure the highest standards of presentation and hygiene are maintained in line with Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s brand values of care, luxury, and seamless guest experiences.

  • Lead, train, and supervise the public areas housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest service.
  • Maintain standards for all public areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and high-traffic guest zones.
  • Ensure that all public areas meet brand cleanliness protocols and hygiene certifications.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering for timely resolution of any repair or maintenance issues.
  • Monitor inventory and consumption of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits of public areas to ensure consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to support special events, VIP arrivals, and high-occupancy periods.

Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping or Public Areas supervision within luxury or all-inclusive resorts.
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
