Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the resort's technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, and leading the IT team. This role involves strategic planning, project management, cybersecurity oversight, and support for all technology-related initiatives.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Experience with cloud computing, ERP systems, and enterprise software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Management

    • Oversee the maintenance and security of networks, servers, and systems.
    • Ensure reliable backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Coordinate training and development for IT personnel.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance

    • Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Vendor & Budget Management

    • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
    • Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Technical Support

    • Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems across departments.
