Generates MICE group business through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Builds and maintain relationships with planners and corporate accounts. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue goals. Coordinate with operations and events teams for seamless execution. Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at trade shows. Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities. Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in hotel group/MICE sales
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales systems
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages a plus
