- Lead and coordinate VIP guest services.
- Assign, inspect, and ensure readiness of VIP guest rooms.
- Manage and supervise staff, guaranteeing service standards.
- Coordinate VIP dinners and special requests.
- Prepare reports and follow up on guest incidents.
