Must be based in Aruba or willing to relocate. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Events Management, or related field (preferred). 3+ years’ experience in conference services, catering, or event management (hotel/resort experience preferred). Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and event management/CRM systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on events. Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages a plus as Papiamento and Dutch.
