- Operational Oversight: Supervises restaurants, bars, banquets and room service to ensure smooth daily operation.
- Customer Experience: Ensures guests receive high-quality service and that dining experiences meet brand standards.
- Financial Management: Helps manage budgets,monitor costs, and drive revenue growth through upselling and efficient operation.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintains health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to coordinate menus, events, and promotions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (multilingual ability is a plus).
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
