Descripción del empleo

  • Operational Oversight: Supervises restaurants, bars, banquets and room service to ensure smooth daily operation.
  • Customer Experience: Ensures guests receive high-quality service and that dining experiences meet brand standards.
  • Financial Management: Helps manage budgets,monitor costs, and drive revenue growth through upselling and efficient operation.
  • Compliance & Standards: Maintains health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to coordinate menus, events, and promotions.


Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills (multilingual ability is a plus). 
  •  Problem-solving and conflict resolution under pressure. 
  •  Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. 
  •  Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments. 
  •  Implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
