Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries promptly, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain a seamless experience. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requierments:
§Minimum experience of 2 years in the position.§Degree in Tourism/Hospitality or Customer service or similar.§Advance in English and Spanish  §Able to Handle guest complaints.§Knowledge in the Hotel Operations.§Able to work under stress and Pressure
