The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading all pastry and bakery operations at Secrets St. Lucia, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, creative, and visually appealing desserts, baked goods, and specialty items. This role supports the resort’s luxury standards by maintaining consistency, innovation, and exceptional presentation across all dining outlets.

Pastry & Bakery Operations
- Oversee all pastry production, including desserts, breads, pastries, cakes, chocolates, and specialty confections for restaurants, buffets, banquets, and room service.
- Design and execute creative dessert menus that align with Secrets brand standards and enhance the guest dining experience.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control across all pastry offerings.
- Incorporate local ingredients and Caribbean-inspired flavors where appropriate.
