Key Responsibilities
• Supervise bartenders and porters during service
• Monitor drink quality, speed and guest engagement
• Manage opening, closing and stock procedures
• Train teams on recipes, hygiene and responsible service
• Resolve guest concerns and report shift issues
Required Profile
• Experienced bartender with supervisory capability
• Knowledge of cocktails, inventory and beverage controls
• Strong guest service, leadership and communication
• Ability to work peak and late-evening shifts
