Position Objective: Maintain kitchen appliances and food-service equipment in safe working order.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
• Inspect ovens, ranges, dishwashers and related systems
• Complete preventive maintenance and calibration checks
• Coordinate repairs with culinary and stewarding teams
• Document interventions and escalate major faults
Required Profile
• Technical qualification in electromechanical or related field preferred
• Experience with commercial food-service equipment
• Sound electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Commitment to equipment safety and food-service continuity
