The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales strategy, and positioning the Hyatt Inclusive Collection brand in the market. This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across leisure, group, corporate, and wholesale segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective targets.
- Build strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts, and key industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand positioning.
- Represent the resort/brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen market presence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
