As
Front Office Manager you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Promote the hotel smooth operations in the check in area for all our guest and VIP's.
Experience and skills desired
Requirements:
§Degree in related fields such as Tourism Management, Hospitality, or similar. § Minimum of 2 years of experience in the department.§Advanced English skills (speaking and writing) and Spanish (speaking and writing) §Knowledge of Microsoft Office. §Knowledge of reservation systems and front desk operations
Skills:
§Communicative fluency.§Ability to handle complaints and claims efficiently and professionally.§Organization and time management.§ Analytical skills.§Skill in mediation and teamwork.
