High school diploma required; vocational or business-related studies preferred.
Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or storeroom operations.
Strong knowledge of stock control, receiving procedures, and storage standards.
Ability to maintain accurate stock levels, prevent overstocking/stock‑outs, and resolve discrepancies.
Understanding of safety, handling, and storage regulations.
Strong numerical accuracy for counting, recording, and reconciling stock.
Experience supervising or coordinating a small team.

Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple stockroom activities simultaneously.
Ability to supervise storeroom staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with purchasing, sales, and other departments.
