Storeroom Manager

Job Description

  • High school diploma required; vocational or business-related studies preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or storeroom operations.
  • Strong knowledge of stock control, receiving procedures, and storage standards.
  • Ability to maintain accurate stock levels, prevent overstocking/stock‑outs, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Understanding of safety, handling, and storage regulations.
  •  Strong numerical accuracy for counting, recording, and reconciling stock. 
  •  Experience supervising or coordinating a small team. 

Experience and skills desired

  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple stockroom activities simultaneously.  
  • Ability to supervise storeroom staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. 
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with purchasing, sales, and other departments.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making.
  • Team supervision and task delegation 
  • Time management and prioritization
