This role leads the French restaurant or designated culinary outlet, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and presentation while providing guests with a sophisticated and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Expertise & Food Preparation
- Prepare and present classic and contemporary French cuisine with a focus on authenticity, technique, and presentation.
- Develop and periodically update menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, incorporating seasonal and high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, plating, and portion control across all dishes.
- Execute advanced French culinary techniques (e.g., sauces, pâtisserie basics, braising, roasting, and fine plating).
