- Degree or Certifications in Security Management or Supervision, Lost and Prevention or similar
- Advance in English and Spanish
- Able to Handle critical situations
- CPR/First AID Certified is a plus
- Knowledge in the Hotel Operations is a plus
- Able to work under stress and Pressure
