Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica, part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented
Preferred Club Manager to lead our exclusive VIP guest services and elevate the experience of our most distinguished guests.
• Oversee daily operations of the Preferred Club, including the dedicated VIP check-in/check-out desk and lounge area
• Deliver personalized, high-touch service to VIP and Preferred Club guests throughout their stay
• Lead, train, and supervise the Preferred Club team, ensuring consistent five-star service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any concerns with discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless VIP experiences
• Manage VIP guest profiles, preferences, and special requests (amenities, celebrations, room preferences, etc.)
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback specific to the Preferred Club segment, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with brand luxury standards and hotel policies
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and departmental budget for the Preferred Club team
