Director of Human Resources to join the leadership team at
Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia, an intimate luxury resort featuring
124 suites and residences, nestled in the world-renowned
Marigot Bay, Saint Lucia—one of the Caribbean’s most breathtaking and exclusive destinations.

Position Purpose
Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee by leading all Human Resources functions, driving talent strategies, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience aligned with Hyatt Inclusive Collection's luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee to develop and execute the resort's people strategy.
- Lead all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture that reflects Zoëtry's commitment to personalized service and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and Hyatt policies and procedures.
- Lead employee relations initiatives while promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Develop and monitor HR budgets, workforce planning, and key HR performance metrics.
- Champion leadership development, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Director or senior HR leader within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong experience partnering with Executive Committees and senior leadership teams.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, coaching, and change management skills.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are considered an asset.
