Area Director of Revenue Management
Secrets & Breathless Resorts, Montego Bay
We are seeking an experienced
Area Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy for Secrets & Breathless Resorts in Montego Bay.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, distribution, and reservations performance.
- Maximize market share, guest experience, and total hotel revenue.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations to execute commercial strategies.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, special projects, buyouts, charter guarantees, and airline crew contracts.
- Monitor market trends, travel patterns, and airlift changes to anticipate demand shifts and proactively adjust strategies.
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; major in Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry, including multi-property leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Excel and related data management systems.
- Experience with Yield Management and Reservations Systems; EZRMS preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
- Strong command of the English language.
