•Mentor kitchen team and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, & presentation.
•Collaborate with the Exec. Chef to drive innovation and consistency across all outlets.

Experience and skills desired

Advanced cooking techniques: sautéing, roasting, baking, plating, etc.
Leadership and team management: supervising staff, training new cooks, resolving conflicts.
Time management and multitasking: coordinating kitchen operations during busy service.
