We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our F&B operations and drive exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence and financial performance at our luxury resort in beautiful Saint Lucia.
About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, providing strategic leadership across multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute F&B strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets ensuring quality and efficiency
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop F&B leadership team and staff
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Analyze market trends and drive innovation to enhance revenue
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of three years in a similar leadership position
- Proven experience in hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or large-scale F&B operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Deep understanding of culinary trends and service standards
- Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets in fast-paced environments
