Experience and skills desired

Requirements:
§Minimum experience of 2 years in the position.§Degree in Tourism/Hospitality or Customer service or similar.§Advance in English and Spanish  §Able to Handle guest complaints.§Knowledge in the Hotel Operations.§Able to work under stress and Pressure
