We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead
Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa, driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement in a high-volume luxury all-inclusive environment.
Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and performance of the resort. This role ensures alignment with Hyatt Inclusive Collection standards while maximizing owner returns, guest experience, and colleague engagement.
The ideal candidate brings strong Caribbean or resort experience, a proven ability to lead large teams, and a track record of delivering results in complex, all-inclusive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Provide strategic leadership across all hotel functions, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Lead and develop the Executive Committee and broader leadership team.
Guest Experience
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and brand loyalty aligned with Secrets Resorts & Spas standards.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, personalized, and memorable experiences.
Financial Performance
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue optimization, cost control, and GOP performance.
- Develop and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue and improve profitability.
People & Culture
- Champion Hyatt’s purpose-driven culture and values.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and colleague engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Owner & Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with ownership and key stakeholders.

- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
