Job Description

  • Degree in related fields such as Tourism Management, Hospitality, or similar. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the department.
  • Advanced English skills (speaking and writing) and Spanish (speaking and writing) 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and front desk operations

  • Communicative fluency.
  • Ability to handle complaints and claims efficiently and professionally.
  • Organization and time management.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Skill in mediation and teamwork.
