Front Office Manager

Job Description

Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica, part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk operation and deliver exceptional arrival-to-departure experiences for our guests.

Experience and skills desired

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in luxury or resort hospitality
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 Fluent in English and Spanish
 Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS)
 Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
 Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
