Key Responsibilities
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to quality standards
• Assign attendants and track room turnaround
• Coach staff on cleaning techniques and safety
• Monitor supplies, linen usage and productivity
• Resolve room issues and coordinate with Front Office
Required Profile
• Hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure
• Knowledge of room inspection and cleaning standards
• Strong team leadership and time management
• Comfort with shift reports and room-status systems
