Position Objective: Lead safe, engaging children's activities and supervise the resort's kids club experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan age-appropriate games and creative programs
• Supervise attendants and maintain child-to-staff coverage
• Manage child check-in, release and safeguarding procedures
• Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers
• Maintain clean, secure spaces and incident records
Required Profile
• Experience supervising children's recreation or childcare teams
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and age-appropriate activities
• First-aid/CPR qualifications preferred or as locally required
• Excellent communication, patience and organization
