Position Objective: Ensure reliable refrigeration and cooling equipment for food safety and resort operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Service walk-in coolers, freezers and refrigeration units
• Diagnose cooling, compressor and control-system faults
• Perform preventive maintenance and performance checks
• Monitor temperature performance and advise on corrective action
• Maintain service records and follow refrigerant safety rules
Required Profile
• Refrigeration/HVAC training or trade qualification
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safe maintenance practices
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
