As executive chef you oversee the kitchen operations of all the restaurant or food-oriented of the entire resorts. 
Duties you may want to include in your executive chef job description are managing kitchen staff, ensuring consistent food quality and creating new menus and Control Food Cost.

Requirements:
 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef preferably Al Inclusive services
 Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy /Culinary or a related field.
 Culinary creativity.
 Proficiency with tech tools.
 Attention to, follow-up on, and resolution of guest issues.
 Reports on audits, costs, inventories, etc.
 Knowledge of legal regulations to handle inspections or visits.
