The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall culinary operation at Secrets St. Lucia, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, creativity, and presentation across all dining venues. This role provides strategic leadership to the culinary team while upholding Secrets brand standards, health and safety regulations, and guest satisfaction goals within a luxury, all‑inclusive resort environment.

Culinary Leadership & Operations
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations, including à la carte restaurants, buffet venues, room service, banquets, special events, and themed nights.
- Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with Secrets brand standards, incorporating local Caribbean flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation across all outlets.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, food safety, and compliance with local health regulations and HACCP guidelines.
